Last updated: September 18, 2024

The delamira mobile messaging service (the "Service") is operated by delamira ("delamira", "we" or "us"). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these Mobile Terms of Service. We may change or discontinue the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also change these Mobile Terms of Service at any time, and your continued use of the Service after such changes become effective will constitute your acceptance of those changes.

By agreeing to delamira's SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of delamira through your wireless carrier to the wireless number you provide, even if your wireless number is on a state or federal Robinson list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, notifications and information (e.g., order updates, account notifications, etc.). Promotional messages may include promotions, special offers and other marketing offers (e.g., shopping cart reminders).

You understand that you are not required to enroll in this program to make purchases, and your consent is not a requirement to make a purchase from delamira. Your participation in this program is entirely voluntary.

We do not charge for the Service, however, you are responsible for all fees and charges associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless carrier. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your wireless plan and contact your wireless carrier for details. You are solely responsible for all charges associated with SMS/text messaging, including your wireless carrier's charges.

You may unsubscribe from the service at any time. Send the single keyword command STOP to delamira or click the unsubscribe link (if available) in a text message to cancel. You will receive a one-time confirmation SMS to unsubscribe. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device unless you initiate it. If you have subscribed to other delamira mobile messaging programs and wish to cancel, you must unsubscribe from those programs separately by following the instructions in their respective mobile terms of service, unless required by law.

For support or help with the service, text HELP to delamira or email [email address removed].

We may change any shortcode or phone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of such changes. You acknowledge that messages, including STOP or HELP requests, sent by you to a shortcode or phone number that we have modified may not be received, and we assume no responsibility for fulfilling requests in such messages.

The wireless carriers supporting the Service are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid wireless number. If you receive a new wireless number, you must enroll in the Program using your new number.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for any failed, delayed, or misdelivered transmission of any information sent through the Service, for any errors in such information, and/or for any actions you take or omit to take based on the information or the Service.

We respect your right to privacy. You can find out how we collect and use your personal data in our privacy policy.
