Shipping and Returns

Shipment

Shipping takes place within Germany. The packages are professionally packed by our business partners.

Shipping will take place within five to eight working days after receipt of payment.

Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.

The goods will be processed after receipt of payment.

Please note that this is a custom-made item and will only be produced once payment has been received.

The processing takes approximately two to three days.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment unless we have made different arrangements with you.

When you receive the goods: Check that the goods are in good condition and, if necessary, have the postman acknowledge any damage to the delivery.

If you do not like the goods or if you have received damaged goods, please contact us using the contact form.
